Revenue & Distribution Manager Hotel Lungolivigno

How would you describe Lungolivigno Hotels?

Lungolivigno is a family-run business that for over sixty years has been a benchmark for high-quality hospitality in Livigno. Founded in 1962 from the vision of the Giacomelli family, the group has grown while maintaining a strong connection to the territory and values such as hospitality, innovation and attention to the guest experience. Today it comprises hotels, restaurants, boutiques and numerous activities that allow visitors to experience the mountains in all their facets.

Why did you decide to adopt a Revenue Management System? What needs led you to this choice?

Managing multiple properties with different characteristics requires an increasingly precise and dynamic revenue strategy. We were looking for a tool that would allow us to analyze the market in real time, forecast demand trends and optimize rates more quickly. The goal was to further improve the group’s performance while maintaining a consistent strategy across all properties.
Another fundamental objective in choosing the product was the ability to have dashboards updated in real time, containing all the main revenue indicators, capable of offering both macro data and segmentation from multiple perspectives.

What factors convinced you to choose Lybra Assistant over other solutions on the market?

We chose Lybra Assistant because it offers an ideal balance between automation, ease of use and quality of analysis. The platform allows us to make decisions supported by reliable data, without giving up control of the strategy. In addition, the support of the Lybra team has always been an added value throughout the adoption process.

What is the feature of Lybra Assistant that you appreciated most?

The system’s ability to constantly analyze demand, market and performance and transform this information into concrete pricing suggestions. This allows us to react much faster to market changes and seize opportunities that would have been difficult to identify with exclusively manual management.

Also highly appreciated, by all colleagues who have access to the system, is the dashboard with constantly updated data.

How has Lybra Assistant changed the daily management of Revenue Management?

It has made our work much more strategic. Today we spend less time on repetitive activities and can focus more on data analysis and planning. Having updated information always available allows us to make faster, more informed decisions shared across all properties.

What are the main benefits you have experienced thanks to our RMS?

We have improved operational efficiency, increased the quality of pricing decisions with significant time savings, which we can dedicate to other activities. All of this has translated into improved performance and greater ability to adapt to market changes.

How has the group's strategic approach evolved?

Our approach has become increasingly data-oriented. Today every decision is supported by predictive analytics and constant demand monitoring, allowing us to plan with greater precision and react quickly to market developments.
